Hi, I'm Jordan — a mama, a nurse, and a girl from North Carolina who believes deeply that everything happens for a reason.

When my daughter was born, something shifted in me. As a nurse, I've always been wired to care—but becoming a mama took that to a whole new level.

What began as a love for dressing her in soft, thoughtfully chosen pieces quickly grew into something more meaningful.

Rooted Wildflower & Grace was created from that place and is growing right alongside my family.
